Florida United Executive Director Jerome Samuels directs all aspects of the club. Jerome is a former professional player and is currenlty one of the most qualified coaches in the USA.

Performance Analyst

Florida United Performance Analyst Sharolta (Shay) Nonen, is responsible for researching our teams and players on a consistent basis and providing team and individual instructional video training sessions, using our own teams and players in real time throughout the season. Having been under the spotlight for all of her footballing career, first as a professional player then as a D1 coach, Sharolta Nonen is now enjoying football as a member of the Florida United Coaching Staff and helping young up and coming players reach new levels.

Scouting Director

Florida United Scouting Director Carl Brown is responsible for talent identification and recruitment for the club. Having been under the spotlight for all his footballing career, first as a player then as a coach, Carl Brown is now enjoying football as a member of the Florida United Coaching Staff.

  • In 1970, he made his debut for Jamaican National Team.
  • In 1990–1998, 2001–2004 and 2006 he coached the Jamaica National Senior Team.
  • In 1998 Coached the Jamaican National Team at the FIFA World Cup in France.
  • From August 2007 until June 2011 he was a head coach of the Cayman Islands National Football Team.
  • As of 2014, he serves on the CONCACAF Technical Committee.

A former collegiate soccer player, Ingham has a wealth of experience in the goalkeeper position. Ingham played for the University of Central Florida for two years and then transferred to Georgia Perimeter College in 2006. There, he helped his team win its first ever National Championship and was named to the All-Tournament team. He was also named to All-Region and All-American Teams in 2006.

After his college career, Ingham played Professionally for Miami FC in 2007, then Ingham backpacked through Europe and South America, with hopes to play professionally, but decided to become a coach a couple years after to dedicate his life giving back to the sport that had taught him so much.

Ingham has coached youth soccer now for the past 13 years and has coached at almost every level, except professional. He was a Division II college coach at Nova Southeastern University from 2015-2017 and he was also an academy coach with the New York Red Bulls from 2017-2018. He has been the Goalkeeper Director Weston FC for the last 3 years, where he is in charge of developing over 18 goalkeepers. Ingham is also the current owner of his own Goalkeeper Academy called “Total 97 Training” which he started over five years ago. He holds his UEFA “C” license from Ireland, Brazilian Coaching License Level 3, NSCAA National Diploma, NSCAA Goalkeeper Diploma Level 3, and USSF Licensed as well.
